Highly skilled in corrective and preventative maintenance, fault finding and rectification of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. Adept in blade repair, lightning protection systems, all pre-assembly work to final walk down of finished product. With a strong focus on productivity, quality, efficiency and safety. Able to work autonomously & confidently, with anin-depth range of industry experience and knowledge, with a proven track record of delivering high profile assignments on time and budget.
A friendly and approachable leader with the aptitude to communicate effectively at all levels, with a demonstrated ability to contribute successfully and influence appropriately within the workforce often working to strict time constraints and under considerable pressure. Providing sound and practical solutions to ensure that all systems are successfully implemented incompliance with legislation whilst maintaining safe working practices.
